For dry hair avoid over washing your hair and consider a shampoo containing humectants or that offer a low ph balance. Shampoos that have a high ph or ph balancing shampoos often lift the cuticle of the hair thus allowing moisture to evaporate from the hair.
Easily reduce static electricity - Cut down on static electricity by dampening your hair brush before brushing.
Did you know that every time you wash your hair you open the cuticle of your hair? Therefore, after coloring your hair wait at least 48 hours before you shampoo allowing the color to seal.
Keep your braid in place - For those that braid their hair use a gel to smooth down uncontrolled hairs. Place a small amount of gel on your fingertip or hairpin and move the stray hairs into the braided section.
Flexible but styled - Want a soft look but still want your hairstyle to stay in place. Spray some hairspray in the palm of your hand and smooth over the surface.
Inexpensive dry shampoo - Baby powder makes a fine dry shampoo but be sure to brush out thoroughly.

I'm not saying one is better or worse than the other...or that they are mutually exclusive. I'm just interested in your reasoning for one over the other.
Stupid
I guess I am.... and all my friends think I'm hilarious (even though I don't try to be) but it's kinda nice being the funny guy and some of the girls feel bad 4 me ;)I would rather be stupid because it would be easier to sleep at night. Besides it would still be possible to be happy.
Of course, there seems to be a few people who enjoy apparent success despite being both stupid and mean but that is another story.cuz if your mean... how can you live with yourself? or how can others put up with you?
stupid ppl are funny and happy. no one likes a mean person.. but that doesnt mean you cant be mean when you have too.. but not being all the way stupid either cuz i dont think we can put up with retards all the time
Its better to be stupid than mean besides if your stupid you can still get away with things and people accept you as being clumsy, silly or even dumb. As for being mean well once people find out your mean you wont have any friends left and it can be a lonely world out there too whether its mean as in stingy or nasty. I don't get how and why people can be mean to others anyway.STUPID... without a doubt. Why? Because mean people suck. I actually have a theory that mean people are that way because they're unhappy. Think about it, if you are happy with your life and yourself, you can't treat people like crap, it's only when you're miserable that meanness rears it's ugly head.
Stupid people can't help being stupid, it's not their fault. Mean people choose to be mean.I'd rather be mean because mean people can change. They can learn from their mistakes. Stupid people are hopeless. Second, meanness is subjective. Stupidity isn't. Third, some would say that stupidity can be inherited. Meanness is learned. Like other vices, it can be unlearned. Finally, humanity aims to eradicate stupidity. Meanness is part of our nature. It's not who we are, but it's definitely a part of us.
